Turkey Catapults
This month students made turkeys out of paper cups. Then we stacked them and tried different types of projectiles with our catapults to knock them down. Students had to test ping pong balls, pom poms, and plastic pumpkins to see what worked best to knock them down. Then we used the Ozobots to code a turkey trot for our turkeys! Finally students made safe shelters to save the turkeys from the farmer.
